I have been given a almost brand new car, a few days old, however the waiting time at the pickup desk 30 minutes plus should be improved. The drop off was fast only 2 minutes. Over all the experience was good.

Just rented a car for a week after a terrible mix up with booking.com that fell through. We were helped by Nadia who was kind, helpful, efficient and understanding. Thanks for you support, we really appreciate it!

Incredible service. Arrived very late from delayed trains and planes. Davide and the team were amazing, sorted out a car when they were almost out and sorted everything we needed throughout our stay including someone driving into us at a car park! Everyone was so friendly and the check in and out very smooth. Highly recommend.

The trunk doesn’t close tightly sometimes and you have to try it again after a warning. The clock is not set to the right time. Thanks

We booked Peugeot 2008, and got MG ZS. Downgrade in my opinion, but the car was good enough for our needs. It was in a good condition, but a bit scratched. Always make a video of received car! The return took 5 minutes and was flawless.

Good value car hire with very friendly staff at Catania. The car was well prepared although with higher mileage but you’d expect that for the price. It's a bit of a walk from the airport and a little tricky to find. Check in was as expected and they were very clear that you need zero excess cover and after experiencing driving in Sicily, you can see why. This was expensive but I had zero excess insurance. Brand new car was good.The return info could have been better.I ended up having to take a car park ticket to access the return lot.They could have told me that when I picked it up.Otherwise It was all good.
